Reasons for Exchange:

  2. Damaged Bags: If your bag arrives damaged, you are eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team (help@shopvenicerose.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We may request photos to verify the damage or incorrect item received.

No Returns:

  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or if the item does not meet personal preferences.
  • Please note: We are unable to guarantee that our bags will be approved for entry at specific stadiums or venues. Please check your venue’s individual guidelines before entry.

Refunds:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue.
