Can I use my clear bag in extreme temperatures?

  • While our clear bags are designed for durability, avoid exposing them to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can warp or discolor the material.

How should I store my clear bag?

  • Store your clear bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To maintain its shape, consider stuffing it with tissue paper or using a bag organizer.

Can I use my clear bag for heavy items?

  • While our bags are sturdy, we recommend not overloading, as this can cause strain on the material and seams.

Will my clear bag scratch easily?

  • While our bags are made from durable materials, they can be scratched if not handled carefully. Avoid sharp objects and store your bag properly to minimize scratches.

What should I do if my bag gets a stain?

  • For stains, treat them promptly. Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to gently rub the area. Rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent any residue or discoloration.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Venice Rose! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Reasons for Exchange:

  1. Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may initiate an exchange.
  2. Damaged Bags: If your bag arrives damaged, you are eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team (help@shopvenicerose.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos to verify the damage or incorrect item received.

No Returns:

  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or if the item does not meet personal preferences.
  • Please note: We are unable to guarantee that our bags will be approved for entry at specific stadiums or venues. Please check your venue’s individual guidelines before entry.

Refunds:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue.
